ABOUT OUR PRE-SCHOOL
Mount Olive Lutheran Preschool (MOLP)
was established in 2005 and is located within Mount Olive Lutheran church on 12700 Marystown
Road 0.5 miles South of Highway 169 in Shakopee, Minnesota.
Our Program was developed for 3 & 4 year old children and addresses all aspects of a child's

ABOUT OUR PHILOSOPHY
We hope to
serve the Lord by providing young children in our congregation and communtiy with the
opportunity to learn the basic Christian Truths. We strive to provide wholesome physical,
mental, social and spiritual development in a Christian atmosphere.

MISSION STATEMENT:
To assist parents in our church, as well
as the surrounding community, in educating their children academically, socially, and
spiritually about God's love and His plan of salvation in a safe, loving, Christian
environment.

PRESCHOOL GOALS:
• To provide outreach to the community to spread the Word of Jesus Christ to children and their parents.
• To assist parents in the congregation and surrounding community in nurturing their children's Christian faith as well as their academic and social growth.
• To prepare children intellectually, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually for future education in a safe, loving, Christian environment by using a curriculum that is developmentally appropriate to the child.

TUITION COSTS:
THREE-YEAR OLDS:
• Registration - $75/year non-refundable
• Tuition 2012-2013 - $115/month
• Three year old morning session Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am to 11:00am.
FOUR-YEAR OLDS:
• Registration - $75/year non-refundable
• Tuition 2012-2013 - $145/month for morning - $135/month for afternoon
• Four year old morning session Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00am to 11:30am.
• Four year old afternoon session Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12:30pm to 3:00 pm.

ABOUT PRACTICAL POLICIES
→ Children must be 3 years of age as of September 1st of the current school year to attend Pre-School.
→ Children must be toilet-trained and wash-room independent.
→ Children must wear footwear at all times.
→ Adults allowed into the preschool during class time are parents and grand-parents of current students and those invited and approved by the Director. Prospective parents may arrange to meet with the Director for an interview and tour during off hours.
